Chickens
Cows
We have a flock of 75 chickens that lay eggs that we sell at the Agloe Farmer's Market. Chickens lay about 1 egg per day, so that about 500 eggs per week.
We have a herd of 50 dairy cows that produce high quality milk to help us make cheese, yogurt and other dairy products. We sell these products at the Agloe Farmers market as well.
Goats
Horses
We have a tribe of 10 goats that also produce milk. From that we can make Goat Cheese and Yogurt. We also share our extra Goat Milk with a local artisan who is making Goat Milk Candles and other products.
We have 3 horses, Roger, Gracie and Lewis, that have been with the farm for years. They assist our staff in general farm chores.
